The July 4th issue of Chic Galleria features my colorful Triple Citrus Flan, enhanced with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate arils. This delicious desert is low fat and gluten free and would be a perfect desert for your July 4th celebration. The flan is quick to make, but needs several hours to chill.
