My guys loved my Panko Crusted Sausage Meatballs last night. What made them special was that they were stuffed with fresh mozzarella. Who can resist a nice crisp crust with a lovely gooey center.
My husband and son did their manly grilling thing with golden and green zucchini and fresh red onions, which I finished off with a light Meyer lemon vinaigrette flavored with mustard and basil. A velvety Spanish red (Pruno Finca Villacreces 2010) complimented this meal beautifully. More photos to follow on Pinterest!
