The only cooking involved is the three minutes it takes to sauté the Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken-Free Strips that provide 20 grams of protein per serving. I enhanced what was already an excellent combination of flavors with a home made dressing featuring lime, lemon, fresh mint and thyme, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and coriander.
